Outline
In the IT Service Business, Systena provides proposals and solutions for services that will execute customer missions and achieve problem resolution through a menu of various IT services able to respond flexibly to the customer's business.
As a form of business development, we support the IT aspect of our customers' businesses, focusing on front yard functions (help desk, instruction, IT assistant administrative work) and back yard functions (systems and servers, network maintenance and operation, IT infrastructure building, system installation support, etc.).
